It is approximately a one hour scenic drive, an experience which will engrave Siargao into your heart forever. The Tao de Libertad driver will hold a sign “Welcome Tao de Libertad Guests”.

SURIGAO AIRPORT TO DAPA (SIARGAO)

There are daily direct flights to Surigao City serviced by Philippine Airlines (www.philippineairlines.com) and Cebu Pacific Air (www.cebupacificair.com). Make sure that the flight you take arrives at Surigao at least 30 minutes before noon as the last ferry to Siargao departs at noon…otherwise you will have to stay overnight in Surigao.

When you arrive at Surigao Airport walk out the front and on the main road you can catch a multicab scheduled for the Pier-Terminal Route via the city.

There are 3 different ferries to Dapa from the Surigao Pier

Bretphil and LQP1 – daily @ 6am

Dapa Express and Arjie2 – daily @ 10:45am

Roro Montenegro – daily @ 12pm

It’s a 3 hours trip to the island. It’s best to take the first trip of 6am, as the seas are relatively calm during this time and arrival to Dapa Port is less chaotic.

Upon arrival in Dapa, Tao de Libertad will provide a transfer from here also! We will meet you inside the port to avoid confusion. The Tao de Libertad driver will hold a sign “Welcome Tao de Libertad Guests”.
